She Did That: Black Female Entrepreneurs Tell Their Story (Launch)
Kicking off Women’s History Month by giving particular attention to Black women and their entrepreneurial efforts—how it’s been, where we are now, and where we are going. The objective is to expose real and present challenges—such as the scrutiny Black women face when it comes to funding and access to capital—and the history of triumph – identifying sheroes, mentors, and resources that have helped in their successes.
Join us for an evening of enlightenment and engagement. The program is brought to you jointly by The Launch Program and The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Open to faculty, staff, students, and the community. Light refreshments provided.
