Welcome to the Wells Fargo Early Career Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) Job Simulation! This simulation is designed to give you hands-on experience in analyzing customer trends across a large portfolio, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic recommendations — all crucial skills for a high-level consultant role in the banking industry.

As a participant, you’ll step into the role of an intern within the CSBB division, gaining valuable insights into how Wells Fargo serves its customer base. In addition to analyzing data, you’ll collaborate with different business groups to create solutions that improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

By completing this program, you’ll develop skills in:
