Welcome to the BARBRI: Legal Skills for Aspiring Solicitors programme! We are thrilled to have you here.

BARBRI is a global leader in legal education, helping students and professionals successfully prepare to qualify as solicitors in England and Wales and attorneys in the United States, as well as providing professional development programmes designed to ensure today’s lawyers are equipped to succeed in the modern legal world.   With decades of experience and a strong reputation for innovation and excellence, BARBRI is committed to building the next generation of confident, capable lawyers through accessible, skills-based learning.

During this programme, you’ll step into the role of a trainee solicitor, completing tasks designed to help you explore the broad range of skills solicitors use every day. You’ll develop key experience in: 

Legal reasoning and interpretation

Professional judgment and reflection

Ethical decision-making

SQE-style analytical thinking

We hope this programme provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your CV as you explore career options and your pathway to qualifying as a solicitor.

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
