We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with approximately one year of internship experience in a professional sales environment who is eager to launch their career in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Assist in qualifying leads and gathering information to better understand client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent and professional communication.
- Help schedule appointments and introductory meetings for outside sales team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Zoho).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
- Support team efforts to meet KPIs related to outreach activity and lead engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required).
- Approximately 1 year of internship or part-time experience in a sales or business development environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfort with outbound calling and prospecting new leads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly coachable.
