We are looking for someone to join our Boise team in January 2025, who demonstrates the character traits of Humble, Hungry and Smart.
You will join a team of proactive, service minded professionals and have the opportunity to work on a rich variety of projects and industries primarily involving tax, accounting and consulting work, with possible auditing exposure.
You will receive an exceptional pay and benefits package, which includes additional compensation for overtime hours and summer Friday afternoons off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare business, trust, and individual tax returns
- Prepare financial statements for reviews and compilations
- Provide timely and high-quality services exceeding client expectations
- Work with other staff and principals to provide client solutions to tax and financial related issues
- Potential assistance with audit engagements

- Ability to schedule, plan, and complete work timely
- Ability to handle several projects and different staff at the same time
- Ability to work and communicate professionally with other staff and superiors
- Ability to do neat and clerically accurate work with attention to detail
- Develop the ability to supervise and review the work of others
- Develop the ability to consider a client’s financial situation and recognize opportunities and problems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in-progress
- CPA exam eligible with goal of 150 credits
