The Career Center in the Mungo Exchange focuses our work in three areas:
- Meeting all students where they are and providing personalized support to each student.
- Teaching students how to prepare for their future through job and internship searches, networking, and skill building. We use the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) career competencies as a foundation for building skills.
- Supporting students through a four-year strategy that builds on academic and co-curricular experiences to instill and sharpen the competencies needed for success.
