This City of Moreton Bay Careers in Tourism: Customer Support Program will show you what it’s like to work as an Information and Booking Officer in the tourism industry. From responding to customer enquiries to handling customer complaints, this program will equip you with the skills you need to succeed in any customer-facing role. 

If you’re interested in learning about careers in the tourism industry or building your customer support skills, then this program is for you! Work your way through the program at your own pace, and compare your work to the model answers provided to enhance your learning. 

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
