Learn the power of driving achievement. Every day, teachers are leading classes of young people to make real gains in their education and positive change in our community.

Teachers, as leaders, have to quickly take responsibility for inspiring and leading a group of students to success. One of the most important skills of all teachers—and leaders—is the ability to critically review your performance, identify strengths and gaps, and set long-term goals. It is only by working through this process that you can make a difference. Using data to aid this process, is essential.

In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to speak to your personal coach and review how your students are going. Once you’ve thought about what they’ve learnt and what they need to learn next, you’ll set some ambitious goals that you believe will help your students. By going through this process, you’ll help move Australia one small but tangible step closer educational equity.

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete.
