Position Summary: The Clearing House (TCH) is a payments company owned by the largest commercial banks that transacts nearly $2 trillion (USD) in digital payments every day. At TCH, our HR Department leads the delivery of all HR services to internal client groups to drive outstanding performance. The HR Department partners closely with business leaders to drive the TCH Talent Agenda, consult on critical talent decisions and achieve operational excellence for the business. We serve as trusted advisors on all HR issues and as partners to the business in Recruitment, Retention, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, and Performance Management. This role will perform assignments under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Human Resources, and support the Human Resources Team.
Qualifications Required:
· Progress towards a Bachelor’s degree
· Strong analytical skills with ability to collect and organize information
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Good communication skills, written and verbal
· Effective interpersonal abilities
· Ability to analyze business and technical processes
· Excellent attention to detail and organization
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Manage, create, and organize employee records
· Employee record management; electronic format and paper files
· Prepare, run, and update department reports and newsletters, as needed
· Screen candidates and schedule interviews with recruiting partners
· Assist with coordination of annual service awards process
· Assist with Open Enrollment, as necessary
Physical demands and work environment: Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require local travel and ability to work across multiple offices. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
