Description:
Stability Analyst Intern is responsible for assisting in setup, conditioning, transportation and documentation of stability samples. The responsibilities include scheduled pulls and maintaining accurate records of on-going stability studies as well as sample management (inventory/ organization) and cleanliness of the stability chambers. Stability Analyst Intern position will include result entry into data tables, scanning of lab results, and assistance to coordinating data shipped to off-site storage facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Sample Management-labeling, storage, pulls and disposal
- Initiate stability studies and submit for approval
- Fill out submission forms for testing and archive completed data sets
- Coordinate transportation of the stability samples to TRC Columbia and/or external labs
- Assist in monitor chambers via electronic data logging system or manually and perform general cleaning and maintenance
- Assist in the maintain chamber records for storage, conditions and service
- Monitor general warehouse suitability for storage of products (temperature, cleanliness and etc.) and identify trends
- Use Laboratory Information Management System and Document Management System
- Assist in maintaining Stability calendar
- Assist in data management- result entry into data tables, uploading into Document Management System and the archival of data packets
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, safety, health, and cGMP Guidelines
Special Project:
- Assist with implementation of new Laboratory Information System
Travel Requirements:
- Must be able to travel between Ritedose Main and Parkway locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Pursuing degree in related science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Microbiology), field preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of basic statistical sampling plans and calculations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
