Description:
The Technical Service Intern supports the engineering staff in the development of new equipment and processes. The Technical Service Intern will support the design and documentation phase as well as the transfer and integration of the equipment and process into the company operation. This responsibility includes assisting Engineers with preparing strategy for new equipment, upgrade to existing equipment, development studies, risk assessment, validation, and transfer to commercial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Revise as directed controlled documents including equipment and process studies, summary reports, specifications and procedures
- Assist Engineers in the development and execution of design of experiment(DOE)
- Assist in the performance and documentation of risk assessments
- Coordinate resources towards completion of tasks as needed
- Support the staff in accomplishing departmental goals and objectives
Qualifications
- Pursuant to engineering career mechanical or similar Engineering study, or directly related field
- Desire to excel in chosen field with strong work ethics
- Mature interpersonal/group communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office products
